What is Bhavana Yoga?

In Buddhist teachings, bhāvanā is often found in compound forms indicating a type of intra-personal development involving personal, intentional effort over time. More than just a workout, Bhavana classes will incorporate traditional asanas, meditation, pranayama, journaling, self exploration, reflection, inner wisdom and poetry. Through the process of gratitude we will learn to manifest our desires, find forgiveness and vibrate at a higher frequency.
